Practice meet entry fees are paid on a weekly basis and is determined by the respective team hosting the meet. Everyone is required to participate in an annual fundraising event. The cost is paid upfront and parents are fully refunded this cost upon completion of the fundraiser.

There is a No refund policy. After fees are paid, funds are allocated to ordering uniforms and paying AAU registration fees that cannot be refunded to the club.
